ID Data plc, the UK’s largest supplier of secure transaction systems and smart card services, has appointed two new sales consultants and two international sales directors, in response to the continuing growth in demand for smart cards worldwide.

These appointments substantially increase the size of the ID Data sales force in line with the company’s business expansion plans.

Nigel Bromley, formerly senior global sales manager of Empower Interactive Group Ltd and Thomas Kenny, formerly vice president of e-Business of Citibank in London, will head the international sales teams, concentrating on the GSM market.

Christopher Holah, formerly account manager of Keycorp Systems Ltd, is working with multi-applications, such as MULTOS. Helen Taylor, the former retail account handler for Special EFX Ltd, is working with loyalty membership clients, such as the Automobile Association (AA). Both join ID Data as sales consultants.
