Data for predictive analysis is extracted from the Siebel OLTP Repository via Siebel EIM and loaded into the Athene Data Mart and modeled in the Athene Modeling Engine. The returned predictions are then loaded directly into the Siebel OLTP Repository from Siebel EIM so that the predictions are offered seamlessly at the time of customer interaction through the Siebel eCommunications Client interface.
