Bart Tillmans Appointed Vice President of Marketing, Europe Middle East & Africa

NEWBURY, ENGLAND – Enterasys Networks™, a leader in secure, available and mobile enterprise communications solutions, has announced the appointment of Bart Tillmans as Vice President of Marketing for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), effective immediately. Tillmans has overall responsibility for the EMEA marketing strategy and initiatives, including solution and channel marketing, media and analyst relations.

Prior to his role at Enterasys, Tillmans was EMEA Marketing Director at Extreme Networks. Demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, Tillmans successfully launched the Extreme brand throughout Europe in 1998. With more than 20 years experience within the IT industry, he has held various senior business development roles at several prominent companies such as Datapoint, Wang Computers, Sun Microsystems, Triple P and 3Com, and was instrumental in launching the Benelux networking division of US Robotics back in 1995.

Tillmans, 41, is a member of the MCE Association in Brussels and has completed Integrated Marketing studies (NIMA).
