BlueKite's client software now available to download for free 30-day trial

London - September 11th, 2001 -, a leading mobile Internet software provider, today announced that its bandwidth optimisation client software can now be downloaded for a free 30-day trial. Available from the company's website using a simple one-click installation, (, the 'BlueKite Service' can be used on both laptops and Pocket PC devices to significantly improve the speed and quality of wireless Web browsing. By expanding the means through which end users can access its technology, BlueKite aims to stimulate the mass adoption of the mobile Internet.

Mobile professionals and consumers wishing to enhance their mobile Internet experience now have three means of utilising BlueKite's software:

1. Mobile operators. BlueKite's solution has been adopted by a number of leading operators in the US and Europe, including Sprint PCS, BT Cellnet, Swisscom and Connect Austria.
