Affinity Internet Holdings unveils Affinity Affiliate Resource Centre

Affinity Internet Holdings plc today announces the launch of the Affinity
Affiliate Resource Centre (AARC). AARC is a sophisticated affiliate
marketing tool that bridges the gap between etailers and portals, allowing
etailers to make their links available to a large number of leading websites
and portals from one central location. Portals are able to choose from a
full selection of etailer links, banners, buttons and special promotions
across all shopping categories facilitating more online partnerships without
the need for multiple contracts. AARC users benefit from wider online
distribution, new revenue streams, reduced administration costs, and AARC
managed revenue invoicing for both portal and merchant.

The AARC features the unique mytaxi affiliate tracking solution developed
with Applied Psychology Research Ltd., providing real-time 24-hour access to
sales statistics via a password-protected area for both merchants and
portals. The tracking software delivers highly sophisticated reporting,
providing detailed information on transactions, enabling etailers and
portals alike to optimise their ecommerce offerings by responding to
real-time customer trends.

Nikki Redfern, Group Marketing Director of Affinity commented: "The key
differentiating aspect of the reporting software is not only the depth of
shopping data but also the ease of use for both ecommerce managers and
implementation with merchants."

Etailers and retailers registered with the AARC will also benefit from
having access to Affinity Internet Holdings' 3.million users from their
extensive network of brands, portals and ISP clients, including breathe, the
popular ISP and mobile lifestyle portal and shopping portal.

Ms Redfern, also commented: "We have developed the AARC to give merchants
and portals total control over the online distribution, acquisition, and
tracking of their affiliate links.

"The AARC allows merchants and portals alike to increase revenue streams
from a range of embedded links, without having to negotiate different rates
with numerous vendors."
