Affinity Internet Holdings plc, (Affinity), today announces a significant
new business deal with the interactive arm of leading high street retailer
WHSmith for the relaunch of its ISP service.

Affinity and are working together to develop a range of
Internet access packages that are best value for customers and
will compete with other leading providers such as Tiscali, Freeserve and
AOL. Details of the new service will be announced in mid - October.
