The free events, in Wetherby and Brussels, will explore the challenges of managing multiple projects and explain programme management techniques. “Managing Vital Programmes” at Chateau de Ruisbroeck, Brussels on October 24th is jointly organised by Belgian project management specialist, Davoise & Associates s.a. in association with PMG.
