Touchpool demonstration suites show how customer interaction centres can take advantage of the latest multichannel technologies, including interactive TV, voice over IP, WAP and Web co-browsing, along with CRM applications to build more profitable relationships with customers. Constructing these demonstration suites involves integrating leading CRM products to create a seamless, blended end-to-end customer contact environment. Products used include: the Aspect IP Contact Suite, CRM database software from Siebel and Clarify and Active Television services from Sky.
The Aspect IP Contact Suite is being used within the Touchpool demonstration suite for answering and managing voice calls and email contacts, video conferencing and collaborative browsing services - all within a totally IP environment.
The first Touchpool showcase will be opened at Cambridge’s UK headquarters in Bracknell on 8th October 2001. Other Touchpool demonstration suites will follow in the
Netherlands and Germany.
