respectively. The value of two orders including first-year maintenance
combined exceeds M. The company anticipates completion of this order in

federal agencies. Visionics continues to deliver superior technology,
systems and field support and are pleased to be working with the INS OIS and
FPS in meeting their requirements,” said Dr. Joseph J. Atick, chairman and

We are pleased to be working with the leader in this area as our workload
continues to increase.”

The Federal Protective Services, responsible for providing security for
federal government facilities throughout the country, uses Visionics’ live
scan equipment to conduct background checks on their employees and
contractors.

Jo-Lynn Gilliam, Personnel Security Specialist of Federal Protective
Services said, “We have been utilizing the Visionics’ live scan systems to
process fingerprint cards, which is a pertinent operational phase of our
directive to conduct background suitability adjudication inquiries and
certifications for federal contract employees. The Company continues to
provide superior systems, as well as extensive field support, ensuring that
an important component of our security requirements is met.”
