Booming show reflects booming industry.
Call Centre Expo UK 2001 once again has made its mark on the industry for a third year running, attracting approximately 7875 (1) attendees over the two days, which represents approximately 30% (2) increase compared to the 2000 event. Call Centre Expo UK 2001 - the UK's biggest & best Telebusiness and Customer Contact event was held from 9-10 October 2001 at the NEC in Birmingham.
Since its launch in 1999, Call Centre Expo has seen phenomenal and continued growth from exhibitors, visitors and conference delegates alike (3). This year over 25% of exhibitors (4) launched new products & services and the show floor featured a number of free, hands-on educational features, including the Advice Centre, free product demonstrations and keynote sessions. More than 80% of the Call Centre Expo Conference was case study led, and the keynote sessions, led by Emma Howard, BBC Presenter was attended by over 300 visitors on each day.
