London 13 November, 2001 Design2 Communications a leader in web technology solutions, announced today that they have launched a unique new software that manages business critical online enquiries and transforms online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.

If postal follow up is required, labels can easily be produced from a choice of predefined formats of Avery™ or Dymo™ labels for mailing company brochures.


“Our choice of popular operating systems and facilities, such as MS Outlook Express and Microsoft® Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000 platforms ensures users have familiarity and understanding of the systems. We have incorporated MS Access as the database format as marketing professionals tend to use this format. For companies handling larger amounts of data, we can incorporate MS SQL” remarks Kesav. “The software interface utilises Microsoft® standard features and functions, making it highly user-friendly”.
