SmartZone Technology Offers Internet and Offline Kiosk Technology
For Shopping Centres

Retail Business Solutions, one of the UK’s leading providers of total retail solutions, today announced that it has forged an alliance with Foxmark, a division of More Group Limited, to provide shopping centres with the latest in interactive kiosk technology. Using RBS’s SmartZone virtual shopping solution and the latest designs in kiosk hardware from Ascom, Foxmark is able to deliver dynamic and compelling solutions to attract, engage and enhance the customers shopping experience in shopping centres throughout the UK.

Recently deployed in the Pallasades Shopping Centre in Birmingham, and with other projects currently underway, the partnership has been well received by the industry. The kiosks are linked to large plasma screens, and strategically placed throughout the centre to attract the highest volume of shoppers. Much more than pure information points, the new generation of kiosks provides retailers with an additional customer touch-point that includes virtual shopping malls, product catalogues, promotions and general information.
