Eyretel, the customer experience management specialist, has appointed Klaus Eiteljörge as its VP Central Europe, to develop the European market, outside of the UK, as part of its overall European market growth strategy.

Eyretel's call recording and analysis solutions have experienced particularly strong growth in the European market in the last year, especially in Germany and this role is a direct reflection of its ambition to capitalise upon existing and forthcoming opportunities and to provide its customers with a higher level, more rounded customer service.

Klaus Eiteljörge will manage a team of sales consultants, based in Eyretel's office in Karlsruhe, Germany.

Eiteljörge joins from Genesys, where he was VP for Central Europe, responsible for direct and indirect sales and he grew the business from a team of 4 to a company of 30 people, responsible for a budget of £22 million. Eiteljörge started his career as a systems engineer with IBM, before taking on an indirect sales role at Oracle and a senior sales director role at NCI/Oracle. He was VP Central Europe at Filenet prior to his move to Genesys. He holds a masters degree in Economics.
