Active Archiving Enhances Database Performance and Availability for Clarify eFrontOffice Application Suite

The partnership will provide a comprehensive, long-term solution to the problem of skyrocketing database growth associated with Clarify eFrontOffice call centre environments.



Under the partnership, Princeton Softech and MJM Technologies will adapt Princeton Softech’s industry-leading active archiving technology for use with the Amdocs Clarify CRM suite. The partners will actively market complementary products and services to deliver fully integrated Active Archive Solutions™ to Clarify eFrontOffice customers worldwide.
