General Trailers United Kingdom has awarded a three-year outsourcing contract worth £75,000 to desktop and midrange specialist, Digica.
Digica will provide Support Centre and Remote Desktop Support Services for General Trailers involving 1st line desktop analysis and support for over 200 desktops. General Trailers chose Digica because they offered a cost-effective solution to their IT requirements with a range of services that will complement future expansion of their business.
General Trailers UK design, develop, manufacture and distribute trailers and semi-trailers backed by an annual production capacity across Europe of over 20,000 units. They also have a Europe-wide maintenance and repair service, providing spare-part distribution for all makes of trailers and semi-trailers on the road via 40 branches and 410 approved Service centres.
