Shakeel, 46, retains the title of chief operating officer, a post he assumed in April, 2001. He reports to chairman and chief executive officer Matt Massengill, who was elected chairman in November, 2001. As president and chief operating officer, Shakeel is responsible for all aspects of the Company’s operations.
