Identex, a specialist in customer management and marketing automation solutions, today announced that it has chosen The International Direct Marketing Fair to demonstrate the latest edition of its leading campaign management product Identex Campaigner 1.4, and its new range of web-based tools, leveraging the Microsoft .NET platform.

Initially focused on email marketing, Identex’ new tools will allow companies to engage in highly personalised interaction with their customers. Microsoft .NET is the Microsoft XML Web services platform. Microsoft .NET expands opportunities to act on data and communicate anywhere, anytime, on any device. .NET uses a distributed computing model and builds on open standards like XML to connect PCs and other smart devices.

On Wednesday 13 March at 11.45am – 12.15pm, in the Marketing IT theatre at the IDMF, Geoff Downer will address visitors at a seminar entitled; ‘Supporting your business with integrated marketing automation’.

Geoff will discuss the impact of new media channels driven by technology, and consider the reasons behind recent finding that two thirds of marketing automation projects will fail.

Part of The Marketing Expo 2002, The International Direct Marketing Fair will run alongside New Media Marketing, Marketing IT and the Telecommerce Expo. The event brings together the worlds best direct marketing and relationship marketing suppliers and technologies under one roof.
