Companies to Integrate and Market Tamino™ XML Server and HP Application Server

Software AG, Europe’s largest system software company, announced today that it has extended the joint marketing agreement with Hewlett-Packard Company to provide customers with a complete Java 2 Enterprise Edition (J2EE)/XML solution for next-generation data storage and distribution. The contract now covers the integration of Tamino XML Server and Hewlett-Packard’s Total-e-Server and HP Application Server (HPAS). The new agreement strengthens and expands Software AG’s relationship with Hewlett-Packard to include the marketing and sale of complementary customer solutions.

Tamino™ is the ideal XML server for XML-based information because it can store, integrate and exchange data directly in native XML format. With the Tamino™ XML Server, enterprises have instant access to any data across business boundaries using Internet technologies.
