Retailers can make the link between
customer-focused front-end needs and back-end integration

Software AG, Europe’s largest system software company, today announced its presence at the Retail Week Conference 2002. The company will reveal how retailers can take advantage of XML-based Web Services and Web Content Management within a Total Business Integration (TBI) environment to improve customers’ service and create business advantage.
