Refocus Resources towards Fundraising

Through the outsourcing of donation management The Blue Cross are able to redistribute valuable and often limited in-house resources to be focused on driving proactive fundraising activities across the UK.
The Blue Cross is one of Britain’s oldest animal welfare organisations, providing advice, practical care and veterinary treatment for thousands of companion animals every year. It has 11 adoption centres and four hospitals located around Britain from North Yorkshire to Torbay South Devon. Recognising that its in-house resources were becoming stretched to capacity by the processing of inbound responses to donor campaigns, Identex was recommended to deliver a flexible donation management service to process the inbound responses, payments and thanking of donors.
