DCS, a provider of time and attendance applications headquartered in Sevenoaks, Kent, was founded in 1986 and boasts a large and prestigious customer base of around 400 customers. “The acquisition of DCS is consistent with Kronos’ strategy to gain momentum in select international markets,” said Mark S. Ain, Kronos chief executive officer. “The agreement is also consistent with our strategy to increase presence in the mid-market sector.
