COPC has released Version 3.2A of its COPC-2000 Standard

COPC, Customer Operations Performance Center, a performance management organisation for the customer contact industry, has updated its COPC-2000 Standard.

Version 3.2A sees the COPC-2000 Standard further enhanced to provide the very best in customer management. By using the framework of and adhering to the COPC Standard, organisations can maximise their operational performance, improve vendor selection and management capabilities - thus achieving higher levels of client and end user satisfaction.

This latest update is part of COPC’s continued programme of updates to the highly acclaimed Standard – which has been designed to encompass the very latest in market developments. It is one of COPC’s paramount drivers, that its customers receive the most up to date market training and that the Standard is continually updated to reflect this.
