NoeticaCR to maximise Web functionality for site owners and site users

Customer Interaction Management software provider, Noetica, today announced the launch of NoeticaCR, a package that controls the design and production of interactive forms for the web. This groundbreaking software is designed to allow developers to produce interactive, personalised forms with complex functionality, known as webflows, in just days instead of months. Time and cost reductions come through the ease of use of the Webflow editor, a simple graphical user interface allowing professional Web designers, developers and even non-technical people to create form interactions on the Web. Developers can now offer their clients speedier and cost-effective site development in addition to groundbreaking functionality. Applications of NoeticaCR are broad; ideal for Websites with any requirement for interaction with customers. This can range from field-rich travel sites, to Insurance companies providing quotations and policy renewal online, and online e-government forms, such as!
passport and housing applications.

Users of NoeticaCR can build and deploy webflows in minutes using the simple graphical user interface. You can now guide users through communications that range from a simple transaction, to complex interactions that are personalised to a level rarely seen on Websites. A Webflow is a map of all the routes an interaction can take, and different sections of the form exist along each route. The Webflow guides users through the different routes and through the sections of the form that they see on that route. A Webflow interaction can have as many paths, and as many different outcomes as a complex conversation. The information gained is readily reusable for business purposes because it is categorised in a database, not in free form text, as with an email.

The complexity of interaction offered by NoeticaCR can offer dramatic savings to businesses by giving them the tools to handle intricate transactions and interactions over the website, thereby reducing the demands placed on other more labour intensive channels of contact such as the call centre.

Commercial Director at Noetica, Keith Symondson, says, “The crash has definitely bought with it companies’ weariness about how much money they spend on their Websites. This, in turn, has restricted Website functionality. What we are now offering to Web developers is the ability to approach their customers and say ‘we can develop your Website quicker, cheaper, and with more functionality.’ NoeticaCR is putting into the hands of Website owners the functionality they previously only dreamt of, without the worry of a hefty bill. Ultimately, this is giving Website users a more responsive and relevant Web experience.”
