London, 11th April, 2002. The 19th April is the fast approaching deadline for entries into the European Call Centre of the Year Awards 2002.
The 7th annual European Call Centre of the Year Awards, presented by Call Centre Focus recognises the achievements of call and contact centres throughout Europe. The awards ceremony will take place at the Hilton Metropole Hotel, Birmingham NEC on Tuesday 17th September 2002, the first day of the UK's largest telebusiness and customer contact management event, Call Centre Expo UK 2002.
If you would like to nominate your organisation for an award and can demonstrate to the independent judges that your call centre has reached the highest standards of performance and customer satisfaction, complete and return your entry by the deadline of 19th April 2002. Entries will be judged by an independent panel of 17 leading professionals from various consultancies, industry associations and key editors of supporting publications.
