Design2 Communications a leader in web technology solutions, announced today that they have launched a major upgrade to their software that manages business critical online enquiries and transforms online Customer Relationship Management (CRM) programs.

“WebContact Wizard 1.50 is a major release for us as it features almost all aspects of independent web-enquiry management.” explains Raj Kesav, Director Design2 Communications. “For example, marketing professionals have relied on web developers to build custom web forms and E-mail templates for their online campaign. This often lead to practical problems in effectively interpreting the brief, meeting tight deadlines, and managing data independently and securely.

Version 1.50 addresses these issues in a major way by giving non-technical staff all the tools needed to build and publish web forms, manage enquiries and data internally, design professional e-mail templates, and send targeted responses as part of a campaign or follow-up”.

Apart from communicating with on-line enquiries the easy to use software dramatically reduces administration time by producing bulk address labels and email responses without compromising privacy rules. The software streamlines the follow up and management of enquiries most CRM systems cannot yet handle without extensive add-ons. As a result intelligent marketing can be conducted with promotional offers, newsletters or simple customer service follow-up. If required the software can easily integrate with existing CRM solutions.


“The ability to create an online form and publish it over the internet is particularly useful if new information is required during a campaign. “Our choice of popular operating systems and facilities, such as MS Outlook or any MAPI-compliant mail client, and Microsoft® Windows 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP platforms ensure practical requirements such as universality is achieved without sacrificing the features. Data is stored in MS Access for easy data exchange, as marketing professionals tend to have MS Office installed (though not necessary). There is also a database manager included in the new version that allow users to de-dupe, merge, import and export data easily. For companies handling larger amounts of data, we can integrate the software through MS SQL” remarks Kesav. “The software utilises a wizard interface, making it highly user-friendly”.
