Bracknell, Berkshire, June 6, 2002 – Callidus Software, the trusted provider of Enterprise Incentive Management (EIM) solutions for enterprise customers, today announced the adoption of Callidus TrueCompTM by Telstra Corporation Limited Australia, the nation’s leading telecommunications company. In partnership with IBM Global Services Australia for the solution implementation, the Callidus EIM adoption by Telstra will serve as the trusted system for Telstra’s incentive payments to dealers.

The Callidus solution represents proven scalability and flexibility and is well suited to meet the needs of the competitive market dynamics facing Telstra. The solution represents a trusted system for sales and sales compensation, enabling Telstra to add new efficiencies and precision in its sales process. The company will implement Callidus TrueComp 2.5, the industry’s most advanced enterprise variable compensation management system. TrueComp is architected to deliver scalable variable compensation management for Global 2000 companies like Telstra, and provides enterprise-wide security, internationalization, and industry-leading scalability and performance.

“Callidus Software was chosen following a product evaluation which revealed that its TrueComp software could best accommodate our complex commission needs.
