Identex, a specialist in customer management and marketing automation solutions, today announced the appointment of account director Roz Graham.

Graham will be a dedicated full-time resource at Identex’ sister company, WWAV Rapp Collins’, Hammersmith office. Her remit is to sit within the production department, providing support and knowledge on all aspects of information quality management (IQM), campaign management and customer management solutions. This appointment fuses the bond of creative and data led marketing solutions for both Omnicom Group companies.

In addition, Graham will be responsible for organising internal workshops to complete the synergy between Identex and WWAV. Mike Larmer, Managing Director, WWAV Rapp Collins, explains: “Having a full-time resource from Identex will be invaluable in the pitch and planning process. It will facilitate direct access to a wide group of industry recognised experts at Identex offices in Crawley, Leeds and Bristol.”

Prior to joining Identex, Graham accumulated a wealth of expertise in direct marketing through positions at TDS, Tri-Direct and The Ops Room.
