Cambridge, United Kingdom, 25 July, 2002 - Kaspersky Labs, an international
data-security software-development company, and Igaware, one of the UK
leading developers of network server appliances, announced today the
integration of KasperskyT Anti-Virus technology into Igaware Gopher server.

The Igaware Gopher is a multi-functional network server appliance providing
services crucial for modern small and medium-sized enterprises; managed
firewall, Internet gateway, e-mail server, Intranet server, backup server
and virus detection. The Igaware Gopher allows companies to avoid the
complexity, cost and administration overhead of conventional networking
solutions.

The Kaspersky Anti-Virus engine now forms an essential part of the Igaware
Gopher, providing continuous and comprehensive virus scanning of all
incoming and outgoing data (including e-mail and files downloaded from the
Internet) passing through the server. The software prevents infection of all
types of malicious code including computer viruses, network worms and Trojan
horses. The built-in second-generation heuristic technology and daily
updates of anti-virus database ensures the customers' protection against
even the latest threats.

"We chose Kaspersky Anti-Virus on account of its high detection rates, ease
of integration and good technical support," said Chris Moore, Technical
Director of Igaware. "Security is of paramount concern to our customers. It
is essential that the Igaware Gopher includes the best available anti-virus
solution."

"With the number of e-mail viruses steadily increasing it is more important
than ever for companies to have additional protection," said Sveta Ivanova,
Managing Director for Kaspersky Lab UK. "The Igaware Gopher meets the needs
of small and SMEs precisely, having been developed in partnership with
end-users, and we are delighted to have been selected to become part of it."
