London, 21st August, 2002. Visitors to Call Centre Expo UK 2002 will bare witness to the launch of products and services by the industry's leading call and contact centre suppliers. Taking place from 17-18 September 2002 at the Birmingham NEC, Call Centre Expo UK 2002 will cover the full spectrum of call & contact centre solutions within three distinctive areas: People & Workplace; Business Process & Strategy; and Call & Contact Centre Technology.
