London 10.10.02 – Inclarity plc, the telecoms and technology group is to launch two new products at TMA 2002. The Telecoms Managers’ Association annual convention is to be held in Brighton, UK, between 21st – 23rd October 2002.

Inclarity’s two new products have been announced as ZeroT Office Telephony and Office Extender.

ZeroT Office Telephony is a revolutionary approach to office telephony requiring ZERO investment from the corporate. It features: standard PBX functionality, personal call management, multi-line support, CTI and unified messaging, integrated IVR functions, operator console, and a customisable application kit.

The ZeroT solution leverages on the corporate’s investment in its Local Area Network (LAN) and Internet connectivity. With ZeroT, corporates can forget about PBX, BT lines or indeed any other traditional telephony hardware. The solution creates an IP telephony network parallel to the traditional one (PSTN), which delivers calls straight into the corporate LAN. The service conflates the existing telephony network (PSTN) and the corporate IP network. Calls are received via the PSTN, the ZeroT system converts them into IP calls and delivers them to the corporate LAN.

Inclarity Zero Office Telephony is affordable, lowers communication costs, provides reliability with redundancy built-in, is easy to use, is modular - allowing for easy and affordable growth, multi-system/multi-site networking and mobility – (it integrates remote teleworkers easily).

Inclarity’s second product to be launched at TMA is the Office Extender –secure multi-device access to corporate information (including : email, calendar, contacts and tasks). Office Extender empowers mobile business services wherever they are.

What makes this solution stand out? A key factor is the fact that there’s absolutely no replication of corporate information, ensuring the utmost protection for sensitive data. Furthermore, by adding industry standards to Inclarity's own patented security technologies, Inclarity is able to offer numerous security options, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), Secure Socket Layer (SSL), Wireless Transport Layer Security (WTLS), Blowfish and IPSec. These deliver the level of security corporates need, while keeping messages and content away from unintended recipients and readers

The solution does away with the limitation presented by VPN solutions namely:

-device dependent (must have client pre-installed)

-complicated and time-consuming to manage

-accessible from the Internet only

-expensive

-dependent upon constant updates and patches

The Office Extender has been designed to make the life of corporate mobile users easier. For starters, there’s no need to download or install any software, nor to upgrade existing corporate mail systems.

Then there’s the element of choice. Once connected to Inclarity's Secure Office Extender, users can access their Outlook or Notes from all of the following:

Mobile phone – by voice, WAP or GPRS

Fixed line phone – by voice

Laptop – securely via the Web

Any PC anywhere in the world– securely via the Web

The service is highly scalable so whether a corporate has 10 or 10,000 mobile employees, the Inclarity Office Extender will scale to its usage needs.
