The two day online event featured industry leading experts discussing the real life issues of organisations and their use of CRM including; Centrica, Royal Mail, BSkyB, Union Bank of Norway, Benchmark Portal and npower. Via telephone, all speakers conducted their presentations from their own offices across Europe and the United States.
