Phil Lawler, former Hewlett-Packard chairman & managing director, UK & Ireland takes up a new role today as chairman of Partners in IT with immediate effect. Lawler, who was instrumental in driving HP’s “Total Customer Experience” initiative, successfully led HP UK through one of the company’s most crucial periods in recent times. Now he is to focus his energies on the fast-emerging Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) sector by joining Partners in IT.
