Industry experts from across relevant trade associations, consultancies and commercial suppliers will debate the question “What is the future of CRM?” at the free, daily Keynote Sessions at Technology For Marketing 2003 (TFM 2003). TFM 2003 will take place 11-12 February 2003, at The National Hall, Olympia, London, UK.
