Manchester, 24 February 2003: TECO Information Systems Europe today
announced the launch of their very first 17" TFT monitor with digital visual
interface (DVI), the TL775. The 17-inch monitor will be unveiled at CeBIT
2003 and available in shops from mid-April.

The DVI input enables TECO's TL775 monitor to accept both digital and
analogue signal input from a computer, as it supplied with all necessary
leads. The result is a flexible monitor, which provides a purer image
quality, and is interoperable with current analogue systems as well as with
the growing number of digital computers.

The RELISYS TL775 is TECO's latest edition to its Lifestyle range of
monitors, which has been designed for the style conscious to complement
living and working spaces. It has a liquid crystal display screen made with
thin-film transistor (TFT) technology, which allows the pixel illumination
to be smaller and switched on and off more quickly. This means that the
monitor is more responsive to change, giving users smoother, more precise
movement. It also has speakers for a complementary multimedia solution.

Head of Marketing for TECO Information Systems Europe, Dionne Barlow,
explains: "The 17-inch TL775 is equivalent to some 19-inch traditional
cathode-ray tube (CRT) - based monitor in terms of viewable image size and
resolution. The picture quality of the TL775 is simply superb as digital
signals can be processed and transferred with no loss in the signal. The
picture is not only flicker-free, it is also very precise, and extremely
quick with a 16ms response time ideal for displaying moving graphics.
"Like the other models in our Lifestyle range, the TL775 looks sleek and
stylish. It will be available in black or silver, and looks equally stunning
on an office desk or mounted on the bedroom or study wall."

The TL775 typically consumes 70% less electricity than traditional CRT
monitors. Due to its slim and lightweight shape it also takes up 75% less
space and will be supplied with VESA bracket to allow easy wall-mounting
(for a detailed product specification, see notes to editors).
The new RELISYS TL775 - 17" TFT will be on display for the first time on
Stand A12 in Hall 21 at CeBIT 2003, where TECO will also be exhibiting CRT
monitors, plasma televisions and projectors.

At the TECO stand, there will also be an opportunity for visitors to test
their gambling skills and the winner of a poker challenge each day stands to
win a brand new RELISYS computer monitor.
