service and support offering from Oracle Support Services, one of the top
three suppliers of IT support services world-wide. ExpertONLINE provides

Oracle experts: Oracle Support Services.

Oracle's new ExpertONLINE service provides customers two levels of
automated remote support, both of which have been carefully designed by
Oracle Support Services to reduce overhead and training costs, improve
return on investment, and free DBAs from routine Oracle8i, Oracle8, and
Oracle7 database management chores.

ExpertDBA is like having the industry's most experienced DBA on staff and
