London, England 10 March 2003 Brodeur Worldwide, the leading B2B marketing and communications consultancy, today announced its appointment as Argos Business Solutions (ABS) integrated marketing agency. Brodeur will provide all marketing services including advertising, direct marketing, public relations, exhibitions and online marketing as well as planning and strategy development. The contract is a significant long-term commitment for both parties.

Argos Business Solutions (ABS) is the business division of the Argos Retail Group and is responsible for contributing approximately 10 per cent of the Argos turnover. ABS provides a range of corporate purchasing and reward solutions, which include vouchers, electronic cards, merchandise as well as developing online reward management and on-line business purchasing hubs.

By appointing Brodeur, ABS has for the first time consolidated several agencies working across the marketing mix, explained Steve Cooper, Marketing Manager at ABS. We needed to step up our marketing programme and required a partner who could support us across all initiatives.
