Patent-Pending Indexing Technology Automatically Categorises
Customer Interactions Based on Key Words or Phrases

Weybridge, Surrey, 27 March 2003: Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: VRNT), a leading provider of analytic solutions for communications interception, digital video security and surveillance, and enterprise business intelligence, today announced the introduction of ULTRA™ IntelliFind, a new analytical solution for generating actionable intelligence from free-form speech. IntelliFind utilises a patent-pending indexing technology to create a searchable audio database generated from customer interactions in a contact centre.

IntelliFind enables decision makers to quickly identify calls relevant to specific business objectives based on user-defined criteria, including key words and phrases. Using IntelliFind, decision makers throughout an organisation can “subscribe” to and automatically receive calls that include specific customer intelligence to help them meet their business objectives. Individual users can also create customised searches based on their unique requirements and save them for repeated use.

“IntelliFind is designed to help businesses extract intelligence from the massive amount of information in every customer interaction to enhance performance, process and profitability,” said David Parcell, managing director, EMEA, Verint Systems. “IntelliFind represents the natural evolution of our solutions to increase the value of recorded customer interactions, enabling organisations to effectively focus resources on maximising customer value.”

Verint’s ULTRA Intelligent Recording solution is an enterprise platform that enhances the contact centre and helps turn it into an important asset for achieving business goals. ULTRA measures experience, process and performance across the enterprise for many types of customer interaction and generates actionable intelligence that can be delivered directly to the desktops of key decision makers. ULTRA empowers the enterprise to improve customer relations and to consistently deliver a branded customer experience.
