WEYBRIDGE, SURREY, 8 April 2003: Verint Systems Inc. (NASDAQ:VRNT), a leading provider of analytical solutions for communications interception, digital video security and surveillance, and enterprise business intelligence for contact centres, announced today that clothing company, Damart has licensed Verint’s recently launched Verint ULTRA 9 intelligent recording system. Damart will implement the Verint solution for its contact centre in Bingley, Yorkshire, UK, which receives more than two million calls a year.
