Technology For Marketing 2004 (TFM 2004), now the UKfs only dedicated event for marketing-related, customer focused technologies, will take place in The National Hall, Olympia, London from 10-11 February 2004. With the addition of the two focus areas of Technology For Customer Service (TFCS) and Technology For Sales (TFS) in 2003, the event is now positioned as the UKfs definitive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) event.
