Technology For Marketing 2004 (TFM 2004), now the UKfs only dedicated event for marketing-related, customer focused technologies, will take place in The National Hall, Olympia, London from 10-11 February 2004. With the addition of the two focus areas of Technology For Customer Service (TFCS) and Technology For Sales (TFS) in 2003, the event is now positioned as the UKfs definitive CRM (Customer Relationship Management) event.

TFM 2004 will build upon its award winning launch in 2001 (1) and double digit growth achieved in 2002 (2) & 2003 (3) to offer non-technical and technical visitors an integrated technology, CRM and marketing event in a jargon free environment.
