17 April, 2003 - TeleCity (LSE: TCY.L), the award-winning pan European
data centre services company, today announces the appointment of Josh
Joshi to the Board as the company's new Group Finance Director. Josh
will be responsible for managing TeleCity's business performance and
will draw on his considerable experience in the telecoms sector to help
drive the company's overall business development and strategy.

strong business and sector credentials as CFO of Storm
Telecommunications Ltd. where he played a vital role in managing the
company's growth from start-up to becoming an international telecoms
