Stand 398, InfoSec, Olympia (28th April 2003) – Racing drivers, Vicki Butler-Henderson, Amanda Stretton and Annie Templeton, from the Girl Power Racing team that HarrierZeuros is sponsoring in the BRDC British GT Championship this year, will be coming in for a pit-stop between 1-3pm 29th April. Why not drop by the HarrierZeuros Garage (stand 398) for a splash and dash and meet the girls while you’re there.
HarrierZeuros’ theme for the last 12 months has been the Le Mans endurance race, which is the ultimate goal for Girl Power Racing, driving their Chrysler Viper GTS-R, an awesome 200mph plus, monster machine powered by a V10, 8000cc engine delivering some 600BHP. Visitors might remember that the car was on the HarrierZeuros stand, albeit on its end, at last years InfoSec.
Amanda Stretton, well known TV presenter, currently fronting Channel 5’s “Dream Machines”, who competed in the 2002 ASCAR championship, Annie Templeton, successful businesswoman, and competitor in the 2002 British Touring Car Championship and Vicki Butler-Henderson ITV’s BTCC pit lane commentator and Top Gear presenter form part of the first ever all girl driver line up in the British GT Championship.
Sarah Carter, Sales and Marketing Director of HarrierZeuros comments, “Girl Power Racing, with its ultimate goal of racing in Le Mans next year, fits in exactly with the ethos we are promoting to our partners and customers. To be successful at Le Mans teamwork, a fast car and good driver won’t necessarily make you the winner; you need the strength of the partnerships behind you to ensure the resilience of the whole package to end the race at the front.”
