Addition of Graham Welch as EMEA Sales Director fuels company growth into European network security market

InfoSecurity Europe, London Olympia, UK - April 29th, 2003 - Sourcefire, Inc., a leader in protecting enterprises and government organisations against the threat of network attacks and misuse, today announced the appointment of Graham Welch to its experienced sales team. Graham Welch, who has been appointed as Sourcefire’s EMEA Sales Director, will be responsible for continuing to establish and build Sourcefire’s market presence and sales operation to both EMEA end users and channel partners.

Welch joins Sourcefire, Inc. with 15 years experience in both channel and direct technology sales in Europe. Welch served with RSA Security as Area Vice President for UK, Ireland, France and Benelux where he was responsible for nearly 50% of RSA’s EMEA revenues. While at RSA Security, he built the UK business from $5 million per annum to more than $25 million in just 5 years. Prior to joining RSA, Welch also held major account sales and channel positions at technology manufacturer Tektronix Inc. and UK distributor Golden Gate.
