Eurostop Limited has been selected by cutting edge fashion retailer Matches to supply its WinRMIS (Retail management) and WinPOS (Till management) systems, and to develop specific client loyalty software. The new systems will enable Matches to recognize high value clients from their database, analyze shopping traits and use the information to personalize the clients shopping experience by using one-to-one marketing techniques.
In addition, Matches will use the Eurostop solution to manage the supply chain for its wide and eclectic range of products from purchasing to portfolio management. An encrypted remote access database will give live access to buyers whilst purchasing abroad, enabling on the spot decisions to be taken and advantageous deals to be made.
The Eurostop solution replaces a less flexible system that was unable to develop with the company’s expansion. Matches will now be able to more accurately track stock movements between stores and the warehouse, taking a more global approach to their stock control. WinRMIS and WinPOS are ODBC compliant and run on an SQL platform giving scalability so that the system can expand to meet requirements in step with Matches growth.
