Martin Dawes Systems (MDS), provider of customer management and billing
solutions, today announced the launch of the managed service offering of its
dise application for telecom operators. The managed service allows operators
to outsource their billing and subscriber management function using the
acclaimed dise software from MDS. This enables operators to drive down
costs, improve customer service while freeing up time to concentrate on core
business.

Dise is an end-to-end subscriber management solution, which has been
designed to handle a combination of mobile, fixed line and Internet services
and offers customers one bill for all services. Under the managed service, a
team of telecom/IT experts from MDS will be dedicated to managing the
hardware, software, system administration and day-to-day operations of the
billing and subscriber management solutions on behalf of clients.

The solution is ideal for service providers who are struggling to gain the
freedom they need to be innovative and competitive when packaging
communication service and tariffs. The offering also meets the needs of
operators who are looking to launch competitive new service offerings that
are outside of their core activities. In launching this service MDS will put
customers in the unique position of being able to capitalise on their years

The managed service will enable customers to benefit from increased

transferring the responsibilities for the day-to-day running of the
customers' billing and subscriber management operations to MDS. This will
enable customers to free up management time, reduce staffing costs and lower
operational costs and allow operators to bring new tariffs, products and
services to market more quickly.
