Irvine, CA – May 21, 2003 – Global Beach Inc, a leading professional software developer and managed service provider for world-class companies, has appointed two senior industry professionals -- Rob Goodyear and Bryan MacGillivray -- to strengthen its automotive team and provide senior strategic counsel to Global Beach’s clients including Jaguar North America.

Rob Goodyear joins in the newly created role of Production Director. He previously acted as VP/Internet Strategy at Young & Rubicam’s Irvine office, where he planned and directed interactive product development for Ford’s Lincoln/Mercury Divisions, Land Rover, SONY, Mattel and other Irvine clients.

Commenting on his appointment, Goodyear says: “Given my knowledge of interactive products in the automotive sector and commitment to excellence across the entire process from strategy to implementation, I looked at Global Beach’s compelling technology offering and saw a unique opportunity to join an independent business that delivers an unbeatable interactive business solution. Our core technology platform has been built using proven ready-to-go KeycastTM technology that can be deployed at a fraction of the cost of competitive service offerings. Using this scalable and robust platform, we have the ability to not just conceive interactive strategies, but to understand, develop and deliver end-to-end solutions for our clients that make a real difference to their business performance. By deploying this technology, my team in Irvine are able to provide fast, efficient, measurable and effective solutions for our clients while seamlessly integrating operations with our London team.

Bryan MacGillivray previously worked as VP/Account Supervisor at Mullen Interactive in Boston, where he managed interactive marketing programmes for the group's two largest accounts -- General Motors Certified Used Vehicles and Nextel Communications. MacGillivray also brings extensive automotive industry experience gained while managing fully integrated marketing campaigns for General Motors’ North American group and Oldsmobile division. He joins Global Beach as Account Director.

“I was quite impressed by Global Beach’s innovative use of technology to build strong relationships between brands and their consumers,” explains MacGillivray. “Global Beach’s ability to understand, develop, and deliver solutions that are highly cost effective not only provides return on investment to clients, but also adds value to brand and consumer.”

He continues: “Other agencies do not invest in technology to the extent that Global Beach does. We have an absolute belief that our technology and systems help build powerful brands and know how to prove this; the result is a major competitive advantage and I am eager to make a significant contribution to our growth.”

Commenting on the appointment of Goodyear and MacGillivray to the US offices, Clive Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of Global Beach Group said, “I am delighted that Rob and Bryan have chosen to join Global Beach at this key stage in our development. By using our proven technology platform, our US office can benefit from our strength as a leading managed service provider with more than seven years’ global experience in the automotive sector.
