London 23.6.03 – Inclarity plc, a next-generation communications service provider, today announces the launch of Broadband Telephony 3.5. The new version further integrates the service with the user's PC, enabling users to control a variety of advanced call features (fax-to-email, follow me, call screening, speed dial and voice mail) via their Outlook or Lotus Notes. Networks for Business visitors are invited to Inclarity’s stand (H8, hall 18) to see if they can tell the difference between Broadband Telephony and a standard BT line.

Broadband Telephony provides a real alternative to BT lines and other network operators. By enabling resilient and fully functional voice telephony over a broadband connection, while delivering advanced PBX capabilities, the solution completely eliminates the need to have (and therefore pay for) BT lines and PBXs. Suitable for businesses and residential users alike, Broadband Telephony also offers free calls to other service subscribers, additional lines at a fraction of their normal price and reduced calling rates to national, international and mobile destinations. For more information, see www.broadbandtelephony.com.

Based on NetCentrexTM Technology

Broadband Telephony is based on the commercially proven NetCentrex IPCentrexTM solution. Delivering a high level of functionality and almost unlimited scalability, this carrier class CCS Softswitch is capable of maintaining an entirely resilient service with full redundancy of all components. Inclarity has exclusively introduced this market leading technology into the UK, giving its partners a lead on their competition.

Personal Call Management

Following 18 months of development, Inclarity has created a full service around the NetCentrex solution. Broadband Telephony 3.5 comes complete with high level PBX functionality as well as personal call management features, embedded in Outlook or Lotus Notes. Users can now set their own fax-to-email settings, follow me choices, call screening and speed dial shortcuts via their existing email application. Moreover, advanced voice mail is accessible by phone or the Web and voice messages can be forwarded as email attachments.

Channel Partners

Inclarity is offering Broadband Telephony to telecommunications and data service providers on a white label, wholesale basis. These partners will price and market the solution to their respective residential and business markets, with their own pricing and brand. The company is currently in advanced stages of negotiations with partners for the business solution, who are on target to set up trial customers in August, and officially launch the service in September. The residential solution will be available shortly after the business solution.

"We have had a tremendous response to Broadband Telephony since the launch of the service earlier this year. Business and residential users have been registering via our website in their thousands. Inclarity is actively pursuing channel partners to help with a rapid roll-out of the service", says John Irvine, Inclarity Vice President.

Media are invited to visit Inclarity’s stand (H8, Hall 18). To ensure an appointment or product demonstration with John Irvine, please liase with Xavier Adam (xavier.adam@xavieradam.com).
