New Website Gives Online Shoppers Cash Back on Purchases from Major High Street Store Sites

Up to 20% cash back on online purchases with famous retailers via GreasyPalm website

London, Thursday 24 July: A new shopping reward website, launched today, gives online shoppers cash back when they
buy goods at 150 well-known UK online stores. The site,, is the first and
only website in the UK to give hard cash rewards to customers for making online purchases.

Every time shoppers make a purchase from any of the 150 online stores partnering with GreasyPalm,
they get a percentage of the purchase price back in cash. The return is between 1% and 20%,
depending on the individual retailer.

Debenhams, WH Smith,, Woolworths, Comet, Dixons, Boots, Argos, Littlewoods,
MFI and Laura Ashley are just some of the major high-street retailers partnering with GreasyPalm.

Online shoppers simply register free with GreasyPalm. They immediately receive a £2.50 joining
reward to start their cash-back account. Shoppers then link to any of the 150 affiliated online
stores through, with each purchase triggering cash back into the shopper’s
account. Cash back is paid out quarterly by cheque, so shoppers can use their reward as they please.

Neil Durrant, co-founder of GreasyPalm explained: “Every time an online shopper is directed to
a store’s website from a linked site such as GreasyPalm and makes a purchase, the store
always pays a reward commission back to the linked website. We are simply sharing that
reward with the shopper.

“Speed and convenience are the benefits commonly promoted for online shopping. With our
retail partners, we have a better incentive: cash back. Why shouldn’t the shopper share
directly in the cost savings of shopping online?

“Previous online incentives have used so-called “Internet currencies” such as Beenz, and have
failed because consumers did not see the benefits. There’s no clearer incentive to consumers
than cash,” concluded Durrant.

According to GreasyPalm, cash back returns of up to £300 per year are possible on typical
family and household consumable items, like wine and beer, clothes, leisure and home
entertainment goods.

The company points out that this return is in addition to individual store and credit-card loyalty
schemes, such as Boots’ Advantage - enabling shoppers to obtain maximum benefit from
online purchases.
