‘What every CEO and CFO should know about revenue assurance’

Azure, the telecoms revenue assurance company, will be presenting at the Nordic Telecoms Forum, which takes place at the Hilton Stockholm Infra City Hotel, Stockholm, Sweden, between 8-10 September 2003.

John Cronin, CEO of Azure will be presenting a session entitled “What every CEO and CFO should know about revenue assurance” at 3:40pm on 8 September 2003. Revenue leakage has been estimated at between 9-16 per cent of total revenue for some operators. This session aims to highlight the rapidly increasing importance of revenue assurance and examines how operators can protect and grow existing revenue.

Azure’s principal objective is to enable communications operators worldwide to reduce losses and safeguard profits from malicious and unintentional revenue leakage. It offers a range of revenue assurance products and services including; Interconnect Accounting, Fraud Management, Event Integrity, Mediation Management and Route Optimisation.

Azure is backed by the recently launched technology venturing partnership, NVP Brightstar, created in February this year. NVP Brightstar has been created by BT Brightstar, formerly part of BT’s research and technology business, BT Exact; Coller Capital, the UK-based global private equity investment manager; and New Venture Partners, the US-based venture capital firm.
