Now TWO Day event, 29-30 September 2004, Birmingham NEC, UK

After twelve months of extensive research, CMP Information has decided to run the 13th GeoSolutions back in the heart of the UK at the Birmingham NEC, UK for two days from the 29-30 September 2004. The Association for Geographic Information (AGI), exhibitors and visitors alike have all welcomed this decision.

'London has been the home for five successful GeoSolutions events, but after careful consideration and consultation with the industry, it has been decided to take the event to Birmingham ' explained Andy Lane, Portfolio Director for the event.

Lane continued, 'Following GeoSolutions 2002, a review was undertaken and it became clear that both visitors and exhibitors were in favour of a more central geographical location for the event. Feedback also suggested that due to increased time pressures, running the show over two instead of three days was preferable. This will allow exhibitors the opportunity to maximise their time with visitors and ensure they get even better ROI.'

'The NEC has proved to be a successful location for the event in the past and we are certain it will once again be an attractive location for visitors and exhibitors ' Lane concluded.

In order to continue to serve the industry and act as an important focus, the exhibition will be taking place over 2 days at the NEC Birmingham, from Wednesday 29th to Thursday 30th September 2004.

GeoSolutions 2003
GeoSolutions 2003 will take place 16-18 September 2003 at Earls Court 1, London UK. GeoSolutions 2002 incorporating GIS 2002 and the AGI Conference featured over 100 exhibitors and had 3897 attendees (ABC Audited).
