Martin Browne, executive director of Azure, will be presenting a session entitled “Neutralising revenue losses resulting from internal and external fraud” at 11:15am on 23 September 2003. It has been estimated that annually $40 billion is lost worldwide due to telecoms fraud ; this session will show how to collect usage-based data from a network accurately, analyse trend patterns across service delivery platforms and minimise financial loss from fraud whilst maintaining a positive image.
